By accessing or using Feedback Pulse ("Service"), operated by Nordiqore ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Feedback Pulse is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables developers and businesses to:
- Collect user feedback from iOS, Android, web, and desktop applications
- Analyze feedback sentiment and trends
- Integrate via SDKs, APIs, and embeddable widgets
- Generate AI-powered insights from feedback data
- Export and manage feedback data
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and limits:
- Free Plan: Limited features for individual developers
- Pro Plan: Enhanced features for growing teams ($29/month)
- Enterprise Plan: Full features for large organizations ($99/month)
Billing occurs monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Collect feedback containing personal data without proper consent from your users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of all feedback data and content you collect through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Generate anonymized, aggregated statistics for service improvement
- Create backups for data protection purposes
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process feedback from your end users, including obtaining necessary consents.
7. Data Retention
Data retention periods vary by plan:
- Free Plan: 7 days of feedback history
- Pro Plan: 90 days of feedback history
- Enterprise Plan: 365 days of feedback history
Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it longer.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nordiqore and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our SDKs and widgets are provided under license for integration with your applications.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service may integrate with third-party services (Slack, webhooks, SSO providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORDIQORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nordiqore is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
